Let's talk about the next steps on, on those properties and how do those steps create shareholder value?
5:14
Well, so all this geochemical analysis suggests there's a lot of opportunity there that's gonna lead to drilling.
5:21
Drilling's exciting, but you know, before-- So you've seen that we've announced the acquisition of significantly more ground.
5:28
We've, we've increased the size here of probably four times, or we've added three times more land.
5:34
So the project's now four times the size it was, and that's just to protect our interests.
5:39
As Jon suggested, the geochemical analysis of the radon cup suggests that this thing's open in all directions.
5:48
So increase the scope of our project, that brings more shareholder value.
9:31
So how do you like investors to read and interp- interpret all of that in this environment?
1:44
Now, Andy, can you talk about the recent upturn in the share price and, you know, how it looks to have consolidated? Before we continue, be sure to subscribe to our channel and ring the bell to get notified about our latest videos.
1:59
Yeah, I think the stock consolidated for several months and, and now that news flow is starting to come out, you're, you're starting to see more investor interest, so that's why it had an uptick.
2:10
I...
2:10
You know, we probably had a 30% uptick from sort of the, the base valuation in the last, I don't know, 60 days.
2:17
And, uh, given that, um, you know, mar- resource markets have been a little tough lately, they've been consolidating, um, uranium spot trading around $90 a pound, we look pretty good here.
2:29
So, you know, I think as, as long as John and the team keep, keep, um, you know, the, their foot on the pedal and the news flow keeps coming, um, it, it looks for a pretty good setup for the next, I don't know, six to 12 months.
6:18
Uh, now that there's a steady flow of news coming, you know, what's the next step to unlock real value for Nordex?
6:25
Well, uh, um, I don't know.
11:11
So for investors that may be new to Nordex, uh, can you walk us through how these past successes shape your approach here and, you know, how your experience influences the way Nordex is structured, financed and positioned for value creation?
11:26
Yes.
11:27
Thanks, Dave.
11:28
And, and thanks John for the summary.
11:30
My partners and I started with a successful exit over thirty years ago with a company called Caroldera Resources, and we've had several others along the way.
11:39
As you mentioned, last year Prime went to Torex for the equivalent of about six hundred million at today's value, uh, having first been listed around fifteen million dollars.
11:48
Millennium Lithium sold in twenty twenty-two for north of four hundred million.
13:37
What stands out in your mind that's really important for investors to understand?
3:08
What would you say specifically makes these assets strategically valuable and what advantages do those regions in particular provide as you advance exploration?
3:28
We know that there is good uranium exploration development opportunities in the Scandinavian countries.
3:34
And for years, companies like us and groups like us have been precluded from going to work on them.
3:41
And so, you know, when the government turns around and says, you know, now we're open for business in nuclear exploration, then...
3:51
That's the opportunity.
3:53
That's a paradigm shift.
3:54
And that's what we look for is these paradigm shifts because the value creation for shareholders is significant when you can take advantage of that.
7:04
How would you say these work together as sort of a unified front for your strategy and what milestones should investors, those listening, watching potential investors be watching for over the next year?
