Mm-hmm.

I think a lot of what gets lost is the ability to connect to the individual across from you and the experience that you're able to present on day one and day two.

So I don't adjust the first visit in my office.

That's just my preference because we look down at-- look at every case as a team and I take X-rays and we, we wanna make sure that we're, that person is the right fit for us and that we're gonna be able to make a difference.

So I think that that's a big part of it and we have a financial and like really big discussion on what is happening and explanation through the day two.

But what I've learned is day one, it doesn't have anything to do with the doctor.

Like, I've abandoned the idea that, you know, someone's gonna come in and I'm trying to make myself look good and talk.
