I think young people who are in that kind of a high school period right now are quite savvy about this, right? They, they, they understand to a large extent intuitively if not consciously that this is the challenge.

I try to overtly express it as, and I say this to, to, to parents and, and often to HR directors who are asking me what to do about the talent in their business, what is the skill shift that needs to happen? I'm like, well, there's two layers.

There is the mindset shift, which is far more complicated than I think is generally acknowledged.

I think the word mindset has become- Overutilized incorrectly to a certain extent.

[laughs] Um, but putting that aside for one moment, what is the, the capability shift that you need? And essentially you need people to be able to move from deductive reasoning to abductive reasoning, if I put it in very simplistic terms.
