What has been your challenges that you faced and then how did you get to where you are now?

Laguna Development Corporation was founded by three people in 1999.

So we're still a relatively young corporation.

We evolved in stages as we took on different economic development ventures.

And during those phases, we took on infrastructure pieces and HCM products that fit our current scope, our current size, and our current knowledge of how things worked.

And When we started to have accelerated growth, that infrastructure didn't really keep up.

We unaffectionately refer to it as a Lego style environment.

I think for the audience to understand what you decided you wanted to tackle.
