We saw Hoover get a lot of different people involved in this passing game.

Yeah, Rolodex of options is what I called it in my story for the Hoosier Network.

I thought of that Rolodex analogy in the middle of the game, and I turned to Brooks and I's other teammate, Noah Gerke, and I knew that that was what I was going to have to write about because I don't know when else it could really come into play.

But three different receivers caught touchdowns.

Charlie Becker had two, Nick Marsh had the first one, and then Davion Chandler had one as well.

Now, maybe part of that had to do with the score of the game, but Like you mentioned, that's a feature and not a bug.

The Indiana was up by so much that it could get more receivers involved.

It's just, you like to have that change up where you've got the speed back out there with guys that might be a little more power-based.

Those are not going to be problems coming into this year with Indiana.

And I have three thoughts here on Josh Hooper and kind of some devil's advocate stuff here, which I think could be an interesting extra perspective.

I'll start by saying you mentioned if you look at the tape for anyone, you see questionable throws.

I mean, the first thing that came to my mind there is Fernando Mendoza, I think three times in the fourth quarter, like super costly interceptions.

I know there was Iowa, Oregon, and Penn State, if I'm not mistaken.

There's three fourth-quarter interceptions there.

And Turbo Richard, I guess we could throw into this as well, they haven't really had to be at the forefront of really high-pressure contests in the past.

Your impression of the freshmen, obviously they're going to have to get stronger and be able to guard at the Big Ten level to have a huge role, but they looked like, you know, they weren't afraid of the moment tonight.

Yeah, absolutely.

And Carvalho, right at the beginning of the game, you know, he stepped in and he has a pretty thunderous dunk.

And it's exactly what you, what you mentioned, not afraid to really rise up and throw that down.

And again, also, as you mentioned, this is another, you know, a college team from Canada.

It's not necessarily some of the greats in the big time.

He's not necessarily playing against guys that are multiple years older than him or stronger than him or whatever else that might be particularly challenging.
