Andrew, go.
15:25
Foxwell, yeah, as you guys mentioned, he, I mean, not the ideal situation at Portland.
15:30
He took on a lot of responsibility.
15:33
A lot of his field goal attempts, field goal makes were unassisted looks off the dribble, which to me, you know, obviously there's going to be the concern of he can scale, you know, ability wise that can scale up to the big 12, but, um, obviously his, his usage and his, uh, the, the weight he's going to have to bear is going to be down.
15:54
And so a guy like him, I think guys like that who take on a lot of responsibility, I think, um, definitely can see improvements efficiency-wise shooting the ball.
16:09
And even at Portland, as you mentioned, he had good assist turnover numbers.
16:16
Obviously, Randy Bennett teams are typically, they really want to not turn the ball over and win that possessions battle via turnover version and rebounding.
20:16
This is Ben Defty in the Big 12, Andrew.
2:01
alarm bells ringing across the industry, don't you think? It has.
2:03
I don't know if you're part of the Best Western franchise or some of the other big franchises, there have been some documents come out from the brands saying, for God's sake, don't give the wrong key card out, basically, in short terms.
2:14
So just to summarise, it was where...
2:16
So basically, this incident goes back to 2022 and obviously no one's been able to talk about it because there's been... legal action.
2:23
So basically, this travel lodge had an incident in 2022 where a key card was given to a female guest's room and this person got access.
2:33
Like everything in life, it's a bit more complicated.
2:36
If you go into the detail, these people were known to each other, they were all at a party, they all came back to the hotel and There's two points I'd really like to make.
4:16
I mean, I think the response, certainly from a PR perspective, from a female head of the organisation was... was what's word what you can say appalling but i think that what's come out since interestingly was the fact that this incident these types of incidents are occurring a lot at independent hotels and what is a threat to your business um and so we we were talking about what you know andrew does door systems, right? So we didn't want to feel that you wanted to sit down and talk about door systems here, but we wanted to initiate a conversation, didn't we? A discussion between you all about what is non-negotiable guest security? How do you handle that? within your teams what processes do you put in place how would you how do you handle it here um or how can you make sure that your your team members really feel empowered to do the right thing isn't it
