Any other reflections, Andrew, you can think of in terms of biggest barriers that you're seeing that whilst the willingness is there and the intentions and the strategies all point towards this consistent national fire uptake across all the different states and territories, what's going to be those reasons why this thing doesn't happen?
13:15
I think Mark and Peter really touched on quite a fair bit there, particularly Peter in some of those comments around making sure that it's in the budget, making sure that it's thought about ahead of time, it's part of procurement.
13:28
Those pressures apply equally but differently to vendors who need to have these expectations in their roadmap.
13:37
And then once they are in the roadmap, if it's an existing customer, the customer also needs to have time and money and resources set aside to actually implement it.
13:46
The other thing I think that's probably an early stage problem is that this sort of interoperability is a multiplayer sport, right? You can't do it on your own.
13:55
You really do need to have those other parties who are willing to interoperate and to exchange data with you in these new standards and these new formats, which sort of brings me back around to, again, why the states are so important in creating that, the other party and the ability to do this more broadly.
14:13
I probably think also there's a lot of resistance in the system.

So I'm interested from each of you, as we start to wrap up the conversations, if we were to then summarize everything that we've talked about and looked at that future of interoperability, what it looks like at a state and national level, how would you describe that? I'll go with you, Andrew, to start.
