One of the pieces that feels different to me is like a lot of talk about like making work more efficient assumes that like the outcome is like the output will be higher.

So like if I have four clients and now I can use AI to be 30 percent more efficient or save X number of hours, then maybe I can service eight clients in like the same amount of time.

But what we're seeing happen more often is like small tasks are getting compressed.

So what used to take 30 minutes now takes five.

And what's being done with that extra space is not more output, but higher quality.

And that's really hard to quantify and really squishy.

So like, is that, are you, like, is that really the fundamental change that's happening now? Is it just changing so quickly and it's hard to like go like, am I locking myself into something I can't undo?
