I will ask you if someone is saying, well, I'm not really someone who likes to cook or don't know my way around the kitchen about having a cooking experience as part of a destination visit.
46:06
That's a question we actually get asked quite a bit.
46:08
So sometimes it'll be a partnership and one person does all the cooking at home and one person obviously enjoys eating, but maybe doesn't participate.
46:16
And so they ask, am I going to be into this tour? Am I going to have fun? Is it going to be over my head? And the answer is food unites everyone, whether you know how to cook or not.
46:27
So These tours are definitely geared to people who are interested about food and interested in learning about local food and culture.
46:35
But you don't have to have any cooking experience.
46:38
The cooking classes are always designed that you can participate in as little or as much as you choose.
47:59
Do you find the same?
41:06
Good for you.
41:06
So one of the new things...
41:08
Well, it's not new.
41:10
We did this in 2018 and 2020, and we're bringing it back.
41:15
Our tool that's called See Something, Say Something.
41:21
It is our, whoops, election problem reporting tool, and we are bringing it back because we know there are going to be election problems in this election.
41:38
And just having a phone number that you call to tell people who are not professional transcriptionists what happened isn't really going to work.
45:10
Andrea, what kinds of problems would you anticipate people seeing in advance? I don't, I don't wanna give away the, the ending here, but what do you think people should be looking for?
0:52
Tell us what exactly is sleep apnea.
0:55
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts during your sleep.
1:02
These stops can last a few seconds, clear to over a minute, and may happen several times throughout the night.
1:09
There are three types of sleep apnea.
1:11
The most common, that I'm sure you've probably heard of, is obstructive sleep apnea, also known as OSA, and that's when we lay down at night, we start to drift off, and the soft tissues and muscles in our throat start to relax, they get floppy, and they block your airway.
1:27
Then there's a less common type of sleep apnea.
1:30
It's called central sleep apnea.
3:19
What type of sleeps, uh, sleep studies are offered?
