Um, there was a Zachary McIntosh, or at least an individual who identified himself as being Zachary McIntosh, who called the Tipp City Police Department and reported that, um, a person by the name of Benjamin Crumrine, Crumrine or Crumrine, um, had told him, Mr. McIntosh, that somebody by the name of Christopher Hill had been hired to kill Caleb Flynn's wife.

Um, Mr. McIntosh reported that Crumrine, Caleb Flynn, and Christopher Hill all worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Um, I contacted a special agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and learned that, um, both Caleb Flynn and an individual by the name of Chris Hill, um, had both had government identification cards, or government contractor identification cards for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Uh, myself and another agent made multiple attempts to contact Zachary McIntosh.

Um, he was unresponsive, um, to our requests to contact him.
