Who are these so-called the hilltop youth? Are these descriptions of them accurate?

The Health Hub Youth initially was a specific organization.

Now it's just a byword to describe a specific type of what I would call brown shirts.

Like you had brown shirts in early 20th century Europe who were the avant-garde of the fascist parties.

who would be the people on the ground launching the pogroms, attacking people, breaking storefronts.

And the fascist parties could always take a step back when there was backlash and say, no, no, no, this is not us officially.

This is just, you know, these are just lone wolves.

Is it the army or is it the police?
