It's

just the people, you know, we had kids, right? And when I started having younger managers under me, and so they were starting families, what I learned is I told them, I said, you know what? In our marriage, we tried to hang on to our old lifestyle when the babies came along.

And it's so counterproductive because you're never going to get that life back.

It's a different life.

It's not a different chapter.

It's a new book.

Right? And have fun writing that book of your new life.
