So tell me what, what if like, what have you narrowed down? What is your offering? What are you, what are you delivering right now?

Andre LuckGUEST
Yeah, when I first started, I felt there was a gap in the marketing aspect, B2B marketing, but I'd never done marketing.

Andre LuckGUEST
By default, like a lot of times, like in ticket sales, the head of sales or like a director of sales kind of does some marketing, but like you're not really trained in it.

Andre LuckGUEST
So that's where I led with was like, all right, I'm going to be that bridge between the marketing team and the sales team and like connect the two on like how we could better market to businesses.

Andre LuckGUEST
And so as I would talk to people like, yeah, you know, that sounds good, I guess.

Like I remember the first time I, got interview thought i was gonna get the position didn't get the position i was like all right well obviously it's not me it's you know them right um and so the fact that you bring up the the positivity and understand like hey like you can think as negative as you want but no one's really going to help you you're going to be the one that has to set yourself apart so that kind of leads into the question here like what was something that set you apart versus you know someone else when it came to you know getting positions later in your career

Andre LuckGUEST
I think we've done a better job of this, but like early in my career, like there was very much like a, here's your path.

Andre LuckGUEST
And if you're not, you know, an AE after a year or a senior AE, you know, a year and a half and a inside sales manager at three years, you're falling behind.

Andre LuckGUEST
And like, I had to get off LinkedIn for like a good year or two years early in my career.

Like, what are some things that you've learned that you kind of give off to other people when they reach out to you going through similar things where they're kind of at a, you know, career block and they're trying to kind of push through that?
