Are there other medications we can try? And can you also touch on maybe some of those other things you mentioned in terms of behavioral therapy or hypnotherapy or CBT?

Yeah.

These are all very important points.

So again, we u-- we do use neuromodulator medications, um, to treat these patients.

And studies have shown that these medications are helpful for pain.

Most of these studies have been small or anywhere from twenty to a hundred patients.

But medications like imipramine, uh, sertraline, venlafaxine, they've all shown benefit in chest pain, whereas some of these other neuromodulators have shown improvement in overall quality of life.
