Mm.
18:09
We have soccer.
18:10
We, you know, we've got so many sports that are just on fire and, uh, but the fastest growing sport in America right now is flag football, and that's not just for the, the boys.
18:21
It's, it's girls as well.
18:23
Um- Yes, the NFL got behind it.
18:27
Um, I think what caused flag football to evolve, um, because we've been playing...
18:33
I mean, I've been playing flag football since the '80s, so it's, it's not like it, it's anything new.

[laughs]
20:04
What is that cadence? Is it a balance? Is it a harmony? What are some of the key aspects of creating a cadence? Deploying Hill would call it a hypnotic rhythm is what I think of when I think of cadence.
20:16
Right.
20:16
Well, I mean, of course, it's a book that involves football.
20:19
So the way I meant it in that sense was when the quarterback is, you know, changing the cadence and calling the plays.
20:27
But I feel that in life, Everyone's always changing cadence, meaning they're changing the chapter of their book that they're in.
20:36
Whether it's going from kindergarten to first grade or, as in the book, my mother from her lifelong home into assisted living, all of us are always changing cadence.
20:47
And because this book is intergenerational, it's all about my team who are young people.
21:45
What are some of the mistakes young people in general, not just women, young people in general, are making today because of the speed in which change happens with the choices and the emotional side of making decisions today?
2:36
And it's like, what is the missing link here? Because if we don't share our story, then the rest of the generations are going to make it up.
2:45
You know, it's something inside.
2:47
It's almost like purging.
2:49
It's like therapy.
2:50
It's so therapeutic and it's so good to get it out on paper.
2:55
And then it becomes, you know, telling someone else's story, not yours.
3:00
In my in my position, I was telling so many stories.
5:47
How do you step into something like that knowing that word, final? And I know that you've got to make a big, great, fantastic, something that's memorable, but you still have to sit there and carry that weight forward.
2:01
Yeah
2:01
...
2:01
I guess, I guess I, I've loved football since I was little.
2:05
You know, it was a discovery I made.
2:06
It wasn't-- It was a place I felt comfortable, was on the football field when I was little.
2:10
Or, or any sport, basketball, what- whatever the neighborhood kids were playing.
2:14
But football is where I felt comfortable.

11:05
But good for you girls, but not actually in comparison to what the guys have.
