So I, I th- it's a term that I use to-- I coined my account with the, the term.

My, my Instagram page is called Ancestral Habits.

I started it probably three years ago as a space for me to kind of document all the really cool findings that were coming out in evolutionary anthropology.

I had studied anthropology in undergrad.

I really leaned into the evolutionary side of it and, um, evolutionary biology and found that so interesting.
