What was successful about the previous meetings and how has the programme changed since the very first year, Anat?

The programme was very successful from the beginning as was seen by the amazing interest and show up and participation of all sectors.

There was always over attendance over what we anticipated.

So first of all, the clinicians who are part of the uRetina They really like the idea of hearing cutting edge technologies also from the companies.

The companies really like the idea to hear what the KOLs and the retina physicians are thinking.

And then, you know, investors wanted to know what's going on.

So altogether, it became very successful in terms of attendance.

And I'm wondering, is that conversation changing in your opinion? startups and innovators seeing Europe as a good place to try out their products? Or is America still the go-to for new innovative products, services, and medicines in ophthalmology?

Why was it important to undertake this study in the first place?

So first of all, it took me time to realize that there is a problem.

For many years, I thought that actually there isn't any problem and that a woman who works hard is doing as well as a man who works hard.

Then it occurred to me when I started to see the struggle of my residents and also some, I would say, concepts that my daughter introduced me to.

She works in corporate and when she went to business school and she told me that when there were meetings and there is a round table in the center and then sits just around the table, which are further from the center, she would always think, you know, I'm young, I just started, I'll just sit in the corner.

And then one meeting was with spouses and her husband came and immediately sat in the center of the big table.

So there is a small difference in our culture in a way.
