Well, what we witnessed following the two massive earthquakes that nearly destroyed two cities in the capital area of Venezuela is a micro-manifestation, if we can call it that way, to the global economy.

We've seen this global structure issues often in emergency context.

When the crisis hit and it's this high in hypertension on the ground, Very often we see the delivery of assistance is very well, goodwill assistance.

But very often we see the lack of resources on long term and also the capacity in the local ground being strengthened correctly.

So how are these organizations building more democratic governance systems, systems that can give displaced people greater agency over response efforts that affect them?
