I- are there anything, things with, with managing your own program, a program you were a part of, what I love is that it, your connection to the alumni base is, is second to none, right? I mean, being there that long, being an alum yourself, um, what are some lessons that you've learned through that process, especially with a, with a community program connection that you would pass on to people? What are some of those things that can really keep those that are in the program engaged from year to year?

Um, alumni connection, community connection is very, very important.
8:10
Uh, I mean, we try to come up with new ways every year to engage alums.

Um, but part of it, we, we actually have what's called an alumni council.
8:22
Um, and part of that is I am picking their brains.
8:25
Where are you at in your life right now? What is the best way to connect with you? And we have a range of, um, alums from young alums to older alums and everywhere in between.
