Amy, why don't you, sort of the same question I put to John, what do you see as the low-hanging fruit for the smallbuilder uh, in, uh, in all of this?
30:42
Um, yeah, so I think, you know, BC has 24,000 small builders, uh, and I look at technology and how that impacts them.
30:53
It's probably one of my most favorite conversations because For a lot of them, they're like, yeah, I build and I've been building this way and right next door to me, they're building a duplex and the guy built one up the street and he's just doing it again right here and he's got his process, he's dialed.
31:11
I think that the biggest opportunities for those guys are gonna be, really approaching understanding the region that they're building in and where the ecosystem in their region, so where their offsite manufacturers are, where their supply chain is, where their local governments are within the permitting regulatory environment.
31:35
like getting a real understanding of where they build and how they build and then accessing where their pain points are and for a lot of them it's about identifying pipeline so where are my customers where are my opportunities and there's a lot of new site identification tools that we're working with there's one called build blocks and if anyone's an off-site manufacturer they have an erp system for helping those small to medium guys with erp systems But they also have a site identification tool that allows them to kind of go.
32:09
And this is a cool story.
32:11
So let's say I'm a small builder, whether I'm a modular builder or not.
