When you start asking them to do dance, they become a totally different person.

And you see the joy that sparks out of them.

It's something that gives you so much joy and tells you so much about the child that they are so capable of doing that.

There's so many... facets to this child and it's not just about you know being able to do this math or being able to speak but it's so much more that to a child that they can do and it's important to know that also the child is still developing at this age I think as adults we sometimes just want to rush and to get them there to take this step they need to be at this age developmentally, they need to be there.

If not, that's something that needs to change.
