That is sweet.

I just got done, picked up 406 pounds of food from Target Food Rescue.

A huge component of what we do is we rescue food from local retailers, uh, six days a week in the summer.

So this, we actually take temperatures of the food while we pick the food up and record the time as well, and then we have to do the same when we get back to the food shelf.

So with the refrigerated van, it keeps all the food safer, fresher, perfect for our neighbors in need, and it increases capacity.
