And so why do you think we are seeing so many of the same vaccine challenges resurface today? in terms of people and maybe their hesitation, even with vaccinations?

Well, the world is always changing, right? And the challenges used to be access.

And it was those things that we now call social determinants of health.

That was the biggest challenge when we first started.

So just kind of rolling back, Rosalynn Carter and Betty Bumpers founded Us is Every Child by Two in 1991.

That was on the heels of a massive measles outbreak.

They had already been working as first ladies in their own states of Georgia and Arkansas on vaccines.

Can you tell us about the case method? Because I find it such a great example that everyone can use.
