Mm-hmm

... a, a more junior lawyer come and argue it, and then, you know, they would welcome the opportunity, and I, I loved that because that gave the partner that was supervising the case the bandwidth and comfort of allowing that to happen when the client may not have been otherwise supportive of it.
14:28
We're so fortunate.
14:29
Our clients are, are the opposite of your traditional, "No, I want the most senior lawyer on it." Not only do they want us to give our younger lawyers more opportunities, they are almost insistent on it, [chuckles] so to speak, with, with a client who put on a, a training exercise about how to pick a jury.
14:51
Um, so...
14:52
And I also know, I heard Sam- uh, Judge Jessner, Samantha Jessner, speak about this recently, um, at an event, and I will see her in court.
15:01
I, I'd had many matters in front of her recently, and she will ask, you know, the young lawyers, she will invite each counsel table to encourage them, you know, bring a younger lawyer, let them argue the motion.
16:05
Any other reason why it, it might take something as dramatic as a judge's order to, to make firms put their younger talent in front of, in front of a judge?
