Um, but there's definitely imposter syndrome when you're, you're trying to be a leader.

Like in the industry that I'm working in, I'm obviously kind of have to or want to show up as like an authoritative figure to kind of say, "Look, I've been here before.

I know the struggles that you're going through.

Here's what I've created to kind of support you through it." So like people look to me for guidance and support, and that, yes, I love that and I have bounds of advice and support to give people, but it's also, it sometimes can be quite uncomfortable because of that imposter syndrome that keep, creeps in all the time.

Yeah.

And then my mentor, Becky, she kind of manually put, like, grouped these Post-It notes together, um, and then sat everyone together.
