And I'm somebody, I started meditating when I was 18. before I was 20 so I um and I like had flexibility like I was a gymnast early in life I was athletic so it wasn't hard for me to sit in like the cross-legged postures that I was that were demonstrated to me when I was first learning to practice and went to a zen center um But people sit in chairs.

And so maybe talk a little bit about what was advantageous about sitting with others in a monastic context.
