In that process of counseling, is there something else that you learn that you take back to your own organizations to say, "Oh, we, we talked about it in a certain way," or, or is there something about the process that you take back to your organizations as well?

Hmm, that's a great question.

We had a wonderful discussion today.

I think that we all arrived at a lot of commonalities.

I think we all, as implementers, appreciate so much the investment that the church is making, and the way in which you're convening people, which I think is with so much humility and openness and listening and really inviting us to contribute our perspective and our experience and giving us some liberty to invest and to move and to adapt as we think best.

And I think that there was a lot of exchanging of what people are-- what, what's working well and how we can do that better, and a lot of momentum to continue doing that as we move forward and to continue to collaborate and engage and see the bright spots, see where we're having a lot of impact.

I think in our consortium, we are so delighted this past year.
