And Dr. Amy, wrapping up today, what's a better question that you think women can ask themselves, or maybe men too? They're getting to this point in midlife when they might need to start looking at is hormone, BHRT hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical, is this the answer for me? Or what in general would you say is a better question for them to ask about approaching midlife and their health? What would you say?

I started out in family practice, like you said, and I love that because I was able to deliver babies and then take care of them.
