So while we're talking about this, I'm curious, how does like a day-to-day life look for yourself? Like what is asset management, you know?
17:27
Yeah, so it's different all the time, right? So I'm working with various departments across the entire organization.
17:33
And asset management is really gathering the data and looking at the data long term.
17:38
But we've got, you know, everyone from field staff out there doing research.
17:42
work in the field to the supervisors, to the managers, all looking at what is it we own, what condition is it in, how did we gather that data, right? Was it a field staff, somebody walking out on the sidewalk and doing a condition assessment, or we hire contractors to do road condition assessments or building condition assessments, taking a look at everything that needs to be done.
18:08
And then we've got various programs that kind of take a look at like, okay, what needs to be done and how do we get it done over the coming years? And then how do we prioritize that? So we've got risk-based frameworks that help us, you know, analyze, you know, what is our biggest priority based on risk and So that might be the risk of failure or safety risk.
18:30
So we're taking a look at all of those things and then making the best use of our budget, essentially.
21:57
Can you explain what that is? Yeah, so that's something we've been working on
