Why are those ideas so central to your philosophy?

I believe that courage is an essential ingredient for growth.

When you see somebody being courageous, you know, they look big and bold.

You know, they're confident and empowered, and that may be what courage looks like from the outside.

But when you are in it, courage looks and feels like fear.

Courage doesn't exist without fear, you know? It's really an essential part of the process.

So rather than trying to eliminate fear, we can learn to move with it.

How would you describe the way that you've been able to pace yourself and keep that work-life balance and make sure you're taking care of yourself in the process?
