How do we help ourselves in this situation where-We want to do the very best for people, and yet in this period where we need to be our own supporters, how do we get okay with this idea of I'm here to pursue excellence, but I can't hit it every time? I'm allowed to learn and to pursue it, and I'm allowed to fail on the way, and I'm also allowed to defend what was reasonable care.
