Um, so could you just talk us through a little bit about what you do and the work that you do with ASICS to help their athletes?

Yeah, sure.

So, um, I work as a sports psychiatrist.

Um, so we cover the spectrum of wellbeing through to severe mental illness.

Um, so that's my background as a psychiatrist.

Um, so I got involved with ASICS, uh, a couple years ago.

Um, so I was told about the need, um, for whether it's elite athletes or people who just enjoy physical activity.
