So was there something that kind of pushed you towards this concept?

Yeah.

In college, I was a business and economics major and I needed an internship and I got this financial planning internship and they let me look at real people's financial plans.

And the kinds of people that typically would go to these financial advisors, they either didn't have very much money and the plan would say you need to work until you're 85 and then heavily rely on social security and like hope you don't live too long.

Or you have so much money, you can do whatever you want and you'll be fine.

And I was like, well, I know which one of these I want to be.

And I am working my way there.

Amber, you had stuck with the reading, right? If you had gone down the rabbit hole of the blogs but never shown up either to a local get-together or come to something like a campfire, how do you think it would have been different? Like, what did coming to these things and meeting the people in person change?
