If you were to think about it for a minute, what are some of the things that make that gel happen that brings that team together? For the salon and spa owners out there who are struggling with creating a team and getting people to work together and understanding the joys of that camaraderie and being artists together, you know, what are some of the things that work for you guys?

We definitely have leadership in two lanes.

Chet and I are not shy about saying how different we are as leaders.

We are polar opposites of each other and it kind of works beautifully.

We are a hefty dose of heart.

It's care, it's compassion, it's how do we emotionally invest in the people that are part of our company, have chosen to be on this journey with us, but also it's backed by a huge amount of head in order to to grow them to share the numbers to be transparent to know what the business strategies are and it's transparency and transparency and our mission and what we've wanted to achieve in growing salon 27 is literally been the same since day one so it's finding those people who attach themselves to like that's the vision that i want And you walk the walk and talk the talk.

And that is huge.
