So my inbox is always laden with all sorts of inquiries, and I've got a marvelous, uh, executive assistant who now tries to bat some of that stuff off for me.

But a typical week would be sort of what events are coming up, what activities are we seeking to, uh, to, to get across the line.

So we've had, recently we've had the district governors all come in, and we looked after the 24 of those from across the region, had a big meeting with them.

We do all of the learning and development, um, planning and delivery.

Some of it from the building, some of it external, so we've got external event management.

And then you just don't know what's coming on the fly.
