The power of democracy is that we actually get to be a part of being a part of that voice.

anyway, there's a top five things that they would say I'm really good at.

Optimism is one of my strengths, right? So I'll naturally come out of something and I am pretty resilient, but I found myself just really withdrawing from friendships.

um and just really questioning why like why i would live with purpose you know which was just not me naturally at all and so we really had to come at it from a holistic approach and um at the moment there's a lot of research in bali i was actually away with a group of clinical psychologists and there's a lot of research at the moment around burnout and it definitely is are high performing.

It's the wrong word, but it's really trending quite high right now.

I think that we're on the back of a really significant season of change in the world and being able to find ways to really work on that sense of compassion fatigue and trying to find right sizing the approach to our life Obviously, you guys talk about it all the time.
