Can you tell us how your journey with ayahuasca began?

Yeah.

So it was about 15 years ago.

And I mean, I had had some experience with psychedelics, not ayahuasca in particular, LSD and mushrooms in high school, maybe like a lot of us have had psychedelics.

But those were more recreational experiences.

So this was really my first experience in a more intentional way.

um context and container with a lineage behind it and it was with a western facilitator in where i was living in bc at the time and it was a weekend experience where we did three ceremonies over three nights and i i felt like by the end of that experience there were a lot of physical experiences that I had, one of which had to do with like a lot of shaking in my body.

How can someone find a good retreat? You know, I mean, like, are there any tips that you have when it comes to finding something like that?
