... actually engage which to me is amazing in a high school, especially having the different buildings.

Being able to walk into a classroom and seeing students actually talking to one another, even during an advisory timeframe where it's kind of relaxed, they're not just on their cell phones or on their devices.

They're, they're engaging with their peers which is phenomenal across the board.

But I would say what has made it work is our staff.

Our staff and our community having that buy-in.

We made sure that we involved stakeholders when we were creating the cell phone policy.
