Starting off, how sort of So the commission process involves an expression of interest and that's a candidate filling out, I think it's a 30 some page application with some pretty in-depth questions about why they want to be a judge, what their background is, work history, multiple pieces of information that they can fill out for us.

And then we have candid appraisals that come in with that.

And they, they really are candid appraisals.

They're, They're private and confidential for a reason, because we need to know what those people actually have to say about the person.

And we're a small bar in Wyoming.

We can't have that blowing back on judges or other practitioners.

So on that note, being on the judicial committee has to be sort of, in a way, a little bit of a weight, not maybe Artemis weight, but something that, you know, you understand the importance of and the significance of, like we just talked about how, like, can you explain from both of your perspectives, the importance of being on this committee and selecting judges for now and into the future?
