We've-- we often take those for granted, and I think that when you fully embrace death and, and have open and honest conversations about it and even think about it, you know, I'm not saying it has to be overly morbid or, or anything like that, but just being, being open and curious about it really invites us to live better, I think.

There's actually a phrase that I really like is the, "The wound makes the medicine." And I think that that, you know, I've seen that happen with so many people, myself included, where you do take the thing that completely devastates you, and you can turn it into something that is medicinal for your, for your own healing, for your own heart, but also for others.
