So really teaching them about what it can look like you know, and making them feel really confident in different ways to move away from needing to fix to just supporting your loved one with what they're going through and how does that look between the two of you, you know.

Sometimes I'll tell the partner, look, I think it's really special to chat with your partner and just tell silly stories to each other that nobody else knows about.

and i guess we have slightly touched on this in terms of you know not taking over a partner's role but equally you know not taking over the medical side because we've got nothing to do with that as doulas in the birthing space what does that actually look like You know, how does a birth doula advocate for a family? Can you walk us through like a particular kind of scenario, fictional scenario for us?
