One, when I was at Penn, there was this amazing innovation, Penn High Five, that really started me interested in this topic.

I think I talked about it probably in the presentation, because I don't think I can do this presentation without talking about it.

But one of my colleagues who was a senior resident when I was an intern, Kat Lee and her team, created this really simple system where you could honor people for what they had done that day.
