How did they get started?

Look, I'm going to say anything has really come from an idea, an idea or a dream or a conversation somewhere with someone about support they're not receiving or what they would like to see more of.

And someone wants, you know, because I've got all the ideas, Louise.

I'm not sure what your office looks like, but there's a lot of bright post-it notes with a lot of ideas.

And sometimes the ideas happen quickly, you know, sometimes.

it feels like you're forcing them.

And for me, if I feel like I'm forcing something to come together, it's not meant to come together.
