Okay.

So we call it rightsizing, but it is really for folks who just, again, don't like the idea of doing another tax season the same as the last one is just almost unbearable.

because they know that something has to change and they're not sure what to do first and they're not sure how to get started or maybe they know what needs to change but not how to to change it so what we talk about is we've we've got to build the firm's structure that that mechanism would get that lined up before anything else can be thrown into the mix so making sure that we're not trying to scale a bad business model.

So what we're not going to talk about is marketing and leads and growing.

And I think that's a mistake a lot of firms make is they think, oh, if I only had better new clients, my firm would be better.

But the issue is that they just don't have the structure to sell to and service new clients.

So when we talk about right sizing, we say that right sizing is doing the right work for the right clients at the right price with the right staff.

Because emotion will just get in the way of doing what's right.
