You know, for the newer female leaders out there, what obstacles are they gonna face in their future?

I, I think it's come a long way, right? I have to, I, I want to start by it's come a long way.

We have incredible male colleagues like yourself.

Um, we have folks that are constantly trying to do their part in terms of recruitment.

I know you do a lot of that, making sure that there's equal opportunity for women.

I've had incredible male mentors, um, and, and, and, and male hiring managers who have done a lot for me.

So I, I want to make sure that that is, that is clear.

What are some things that you've adapted in your style, uh, because you've maturated as a leader?
