Yeah, insane.

That's unheard of.

It's crazy.

And a lot of people are just, you know, weird, just getting started and maybe not as qualified as you would wish.

But they will get there eventually.

So you're still, you know, educating the people that at some point are going to be very valuable for the company or for you or interesting to hang out with.

But there's also a lot of qualified leads that actually ended up being team members.
