plus code? Good call.

um it is a essentially functions like an address um it is a set of coordinates coordinates um that you can use through google it's open source information to pinpoint a location on a map and in areas on navajo nation it's so remote that you don't have roads a lot of times or you don't have roads the way that we have roads in urban areas they're not paved they're dirt roads sometimes they get washed away sometimes they change um and it yeah it very much impacts uh finding your friends but also um emergency services, more importantly, and voting.
5:52
So showing, you know, capturing the remoteness of those areas.
5:58
So I have a lot of photos of these little tiny homes and then big expansive vistas and similar to the background of your photo where it's just gorgeous monuments and part pieces of red rock.
6:12
Um, to show just just how remote these areas are um and then also at the same time showing the work that dalene is doing she's not just talking to people giving information she's personally going there and installing these signs with their consent of course um you know we also recently We also recently went on an eco flight with the two congressional candidates for congressional district one over Bears Ears and Grand Staircase.
6:44
So capturing images of these candidates, looking at the monuments, pointing at maps, learning, picking up debris, those sorts of things that help tell the story of their experience as well as what we're working to protect.
