What type of people do we need here at Stevens who wanna take that leap to become an independent contractor?

We just need driven people.

Not to have a play on words there, but we just need to be driven.

You gotta work hard.

It's not an easy job by any means, but we have the support and the team in running your business, whether it's the business team, whether it's, you know, fueling and things like that, um, we have the people and the support here to help you.

Mm-hmm.

Like, anything the light touches, right? So that is what it entails with my job.

Anything that you guys need, contractors need, I'm able to help.
