And what are things that you're seeing out there that you're like, "Oh, here are some of the things that people are really getting wrong these days"?
15:20
Yeah, I would say some of the things that are working for people is looking for some of those, like, niche websites, so not just relying on Indeed or LinkedIn.
15:31
So there's, depending on what industry that you're in, um, so one website, I've worked with a lot of people with my background in startups, so there's a great website that a lot of these jobs are not listed on LinkedIn.
15:43
It's called Well Found.
15:44
Um, so I've had some good success with clients looking directly there, so it's a lot of those, like, smaller tech jobs, whether it's engineering or customer success, those jobs are on there.
15:55
So I think it's looking outside of that.
15:57
Um, the other thing I would say is, yes, it's great to apply online, but you know what's better? Talking to your friends.

6 MINS LATER

21:54
... like the worst interviews ever, ever, so.
2:20
What, what's making that so valuable to brands right now?
2:22
Yeah, I mean, I will say, listen, we're so fortunate at NBCU to have such an incredible roster of unscripted television.
2:29
Like, a- as we sit here, I know we're...
2:31
This is probably gonna come out a couple days later, but we are, you know, post the eve of the new season of Love Island and Summer House reunion episode two.
2:41
So, like, the mecca of unscripted happened last night.
2:44
And so one of the things that makes, you know, sports and moments like these so valuable, of course, is just the large reach it has and the audience that it brings, and for advertisers to be able to reach that audience.
2:56
But what makes these unscripted moments even more powerful is what happens after those episodes air.
5:16
Well, how do you, so how do you se- uh, is this becoming a thing where you're, you're selling the concurrent audience a la sports and the big reach moments, but also selling brands to get into all the different parts of it that the long life of these shows have? What does that look like in the market?
