I see you nodding, but I'm curious, is this stance coming too late in the game?
17:48
You know, for Kate Marshall, I don't think so, especially because she's not Reno mayor yet.
17:52
Unfortunately, and fortunately, she's probably been the politician to really hear out the argument of this data center has changed their plans.

They came into the planning commission and proposed six megawatts.
18:03
Now, about a month after that, they started, you know, posting 12 now if you go to their websites they all have changed their numbers to four but what we're seeing right now is about four diesel generators being proposed that's currently pending with a air permit application but that was not in the original proposal so to have a politician finally hear that this specific data center was not or is currently not being built as what the you know original proposal was is very relieving to hear actually

So you're okay with candidates coming out now to talk about this? You know, you were a pretty pro Alexis Hill, who was Ford's opponent during the primary, who back in spring was talking about this, but to hear candidates talk about now, that's enough for you.
18:44
You know, certainly I wish a lot more people came out about it sooner.
18:47
I think Alexis Hill was very much in front of the game on that one.
